On August 26, 2016, our world as parents changed forever. Bowen (Bo), who had just celebrated his 3rd birthday a few weeks earlier, was diagnosed with B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. While we were not unfamiliar with curve balls (our 7 year old has a rare genetic condition known as Noonan Syndrome), we never in a million years thought that both of our children would need constant care. Bo has a long road ahead of him, however, we are beyond confident that we will walk this path with grace, patience and with an army of people behind us.
