On May 6th Gabrielle (Gabby) Roberts went in for a doctor’s visit with pain in her leg. After a long 3 days, Gabby and her family received the unfortunate news that an osteosarcoma was found in her knee. Gabby will be undergoing chemotherapy until Mid December. She spent her 16th birthday in the hospital and will be admitted for Halloween and Thanksgiving. She had limb salvage surgery in August and continues to be non-weight bearing. The road ahead will be long and difficult, but we all maintain faith that Gabby will fully recover.
