Kena was diagnosed July 7,2014 at 6 months old with a germ cell tumor around her female organs. She was born with an amazing spirit and always has a smile. She has been fighting cancer for almost two years. She's had over 50 chemo treatments, 9 radiation treatments, two resection surgeries, a hysterectomy, partial bladder removed, ureters rerouted, appendicovesicostomy. Her tumor was localized to her vaginal wall at diagnosis but despite all her treatments and surgeries the aggressive cancer has spread to her lungs and back and continues to grow in her pelvic also. She is currently doing chemo but hospice is involved. We continue to pray for complete healing here on Earth. She is strong and a fighter and we will not give up hope!
