Quincy was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia on September 25th 2017, just 3 days before her 2nd birthday, after running a fever for a week. She spent the next nine days inpatient where the doctors struggled to break her fever. We (mommy and quincy) have since been released to outpatient but have had to remain St Jude's for her treatment. We have been here about 7 weeks. Quincy is very homesick and misses her daddy and 3 year old brother Elijah, who have had to remain home due to work/school. Being two states away from home, I have had to leave my job to stay here with her during treatment. Due to this is, its caused severe financial strain for our family. With it being so close to the holidays and us being financially unable to provide Christmas for Quincy and her brother this year, it would brighten her day to recieve a gift!
