December 31st, 2012 Valentina was taken to the Los Angeles Children's Hospital for pain in her knees and back. After running a couple of tests the doctors suspected she had Leukemia. However, on January 2, 2013 the doctors diagnosed Valentina with Neuroblastoma Stage 4. Our golden warrior has put up a fight against Cancer since then. She has been through so much but continues to give it her all and that's why she is known as Valiente Valentina Kicking Neuroblastoma. She will beat this monster!
