Vara is a 10 year old girl who has been fighting Wilms since March 2016. Her last day of school 2017 June 14 we got bad news that she had relapsed at 9 month post treatment. Vara is very active in advocacy for pediatric cancer and has helped raise over $15000 for research. She calls her hospital room the batcave and she loves Batman. She never stops dancing and drawing. And is very very brave.
