Jalen Manns is 9 years old. What started out as headaches, mental health, irrational behaviors, night terrors, not sleeping, and so on led us to the discovery of Pilocytic Astrocytoma stage 2 on the thalamus and hypothalamus. He was referred to St Jude in Memphis in August of 2018. Jalen had his first major surgery in November of 2018. He was unable to walk, talk, or move after surgery. He does physical therapy twice a week, food therapy twice a week and is awaiting further treatment.
