Jasmine is a bright and beautiful 17 year old girl dx with AML on 4/10/19. Weeks before senior prom, graduation, and moving to Milwaukee to start at the Art Institute on a scholarship this fall. All this on hold she needs to move close to Chicago for treatment all on no income as her single mom had to quit her job to stay with her.
