Josie was diagnosed with neuroblastoma on November 17th. Josie had been feeling sick all fall with sharp pains in her stomach She went into the drs several times- they were checking for constipations and ulcers on Friday Nov 13 we noticed a large lump in Josie's neck. Her mom brought her in again and they scheduled a scan on Monday- On Tuesday November 17th a 10 cm tumor was found in her abdomen, a tumor in her neck and tumors in her chest. She was admitted to Children's that afternoon and started Chemo 3 days later. She is on her 4th round of Chemo this week. She is the 5th of 7 children of a homeschooling family. Her mother is my best friend,neighbor and homeschooling friend.
