And asking for a tablet · Taylor was diagnosed with leukemia on the 19th of June 2 days before his 5th . We had started noticing that he was having a fever every night and was told at first that it could have been a virus. Well we gave it some time and the fevers never stopped coming every night around 7:00 so we spoke with our pediatrician who ordered blood work and we took him in got the blood work done it came back and it showed that his hemoglobin was really low so the doctor started a round of iron drops and then we went in and they asked us to do more tests to see if maybe he had a GI bleed well it came back that he did not have a GI bleed so we were referred to go to WellStar children's hospital and Augusta to the oncology clinic to have them look deeper and that is when we found out that he had leukemia and we spent 11 days in the hospital initially.
